Eagle Design/Build, Inc. was founded by John Heidmann to help the golf course maintenance industry. The company has been instrumental in raising the understanding of what is involved in providing the proper golf maintenance facility that is efficient, economical and functional. The facilities are designed and built to minimize owner liability, reduce employee risk and increase efficiency of the entire golf course maintenance operation. John Heidmann has been working with the golf industry since 1985 and is considered an expert in the design and construction of golf course maintenance facilities. The company was involved in the first Audubon Silver Signature Course and the first Audubon Gold Signature Course.  All facilities follow “The Best Management Practices for Golf Courses” as written by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
